Whether you're entertaining friends or simply treating yourself to a moment of indulgence, our Ocean Epoxy Charcuterie Board promises to be the star of the show. Its smooth surface provides a delightful canvas for arranging your culinary delights, while the Claro Walnut hardwood ensures long-lasting durability, so you can create countless memories for years to come. I can add handles or feet if wanted, I wasn't sure how I wanted to finish this piece so I am leaving it open to the vision of you!
Designed with two layers of crystal clear epoxy depicting the naturalistic view of the deep ocean with flowy waves! Not only that but real sand and shells have been inlayed into the surface of the wood. This is Walnut wood, it is a hard wood perfect for cutting, however if you’d like to maintain its aesthetics I would not recommend using this board as a cutting board [if you do, the epoxy is not safe for cutting] the main purpose for these boards are for statement piece serving trays!
The Charcuterie Boards are handcrafted by myself, every little detail is taken of great importance and most likely the most important question you probably have is if the epoxy is food safe, ABSOLUTELY! I use Total Boat table top epoxy that is specifically used to cover table/bar tops in restaurants etc. and once cured is USDA approved with food contact. Your board will be completely cured before it leaves our shop! The boards are then polished with 2 coats of our very own Reef Oil, a drying hard wax oil blend that is non toxic and completely food safe.
